Crisis Outreach

If one is in a crisis, our crisis outreach team provides a combination of face-to-face, 24 hr crisis services to children, adolescents, and adults. Below are crisis specific services that we provide:

• Emergency assessment for appropriate referrals for treatment at a clinic or a community location
• Initiate a call to 911 services if you are in a crisis situation that causes danger to yourself and/or others
•  Initiate appropriate referrals to urgent care, treatment and/or assessment facilities, or professional care
• Crisis follow-up

A Touch by Faith,LLC has been state-approved to teach individuals, organizations, contractors, etc. on Crisis Management.
